1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using SYNARA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

SYNARA is a Discord-native assistant designed to help communities through moderation, automation, artificial intelligence, engagement features, and administrative tools. Features may change over time as the project evolves.

Certain features may require an active subscription. Subscription offerings, pricing, and available features may change in the future.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using SYNARA. If you are inviting SYNARA to a Discord server, you are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to do so.

4. Server Owner Responsibilities

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring SYNARA appropriately for their community. You are responsible for any permissions granted to the bot and for ensuring those permissions are appropriate for your server. Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they voluntarily submit to SYNARA, including social media usernames or profile links, is accurate and that they have the right to share it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SYNARA for activities that violate applicable laws, Discord's policies, or the rights of others.

Examples of prohibited use include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment or targeted abuse.
• Distribution of malware or malicious content.
• Spam or automated abuse.
• Attempting to exploit or interfere with the service.
• Using the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Some features of SYNARA use artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain mistakes, outdated information, or incomplete answers.

You should independently verify important information before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, or other significant decisions.

7. Availability

While every reasonable effort is made to keep SYNARA available, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

8. Future Subscription Services

Certain features may require an active subscription. Subscription purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through Discord or another authorized platform.

If a subscription expires or is canceled, premium functionality may become unavailable while existing server configuration may be retained for future reactivation.

9. Intellectual Property

SYNARA, its artwork, branding, website content, software, and related materials are the intellectual property of Tango Hunter unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the service except where permitted by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

SYNARA relies on third-party services including, but not limited to, Discord, OpenAI, Railway, and GitHub. The availability and functionality of SYNARA may depend on these services.

11. Suspension and Termination

Access to SYNARA may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, if use threatens the stability or security of the service, or if required by law.

Tango Hunter also reserves the right to discontinue the project or individual features at any time.

12. Disclaimer

SYNARA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI-generated content, compatibility with every Discord server configuration, or suitability for any particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tango Hunter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of SYNARA.

This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, server disruption, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically as SYNARA evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
