• We do not require you to create a separate account.
• We do not ask for your Discord password.
• Configuration takes place directly inside Discord.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We intentionally minimize the information we store.
• Subscription billing, when available, is handled by Discord.

1. Information We Collect

SYNARA only collects and stores information that is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality of the service.

Depending on the features you enable, this may include:

• Discord Server (Guild) IDs.
• Discord Channel IDs.
• Discord Role IDs.
• Configuration settings created by server administrators.
• Feature preferences required for SYNARA to operate.
• Information voluntarily provided through SYNARA commands, such as social media usernames or profile links.

These values are used solely to provide functionality within your Discord server.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

SYNARA is intentionally designed to avoid collecting information that is not necessary to operate the service.

We do not intentionally collect:

• Discord passwords.
• Email addresses.
• Home addresses.
• Payment card information.
• Government-issued identification.
• Sensitive personal information unrelated to the operation of the service.

3. Privacy by Design

SYNARA is designed around the principle of collecting the minimum amount of information necessary to provide requested functionality. Whenever practical, configuration occurs directly within Discord, reducing the need for external accounts, third-party dashboards, or additional personal information. This approach helps minimize the amount of data entrusted to the service while providing a simpler experience for server administrators.

3. Discord Information

SYNARA operates using Discord's API. Certain identifiers, such as server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs, may be received from Discord as part of normal bot operation.

These identifiers are used only to provide requested functionality and are not used to identify individuals outside of Discord.

4. Artificial Intelligence

Some SYNARA features use artificial intelligence provided through third-party services such as OpenAI.

Messages submitted to AI-powered features may be transmitted to those services solely for the purpose of generating a response. Those services maintain their own privacy policies governing their handling of submitted content.

5. Subscription Information

If premium subscription features become available, purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are expected to be managed through Discord or another authorized payment platform.

SYNARA does not directly collect or store payment card information.

6. Data Retention

Configuration information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

If a server removes SYNARA or a subscription expires, certain configuration settings may be retained for a reasonable period to allow future restoration without requiring complete reconfiguration.

7. Data Security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to help protect stored configuration information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Third-Party Services

SYNARA relies on third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Discord
• OpenAI
• Railway
• GitHub

Your use of those services is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

9. User-Provided Social Media Information

SYNARA may allow users to voluntarily associate social media usernames or profile links with their Discord account through commands provided by the application.

This information is stored only after it has been intentionally submitted by the user and is used solely to provide the functionality associated with that feature.

Users may update or remove this information at any time using the appropriate commands, if available.

10. Children's Privacy

SYNARA is not directed toward children under the age required by Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as SYNARA evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the current version.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
